> Performed FIBERGLASS, composite repair and local fabrication of all cabin floor, cargo and avionics compartment panels, cargo linings, cargo door linings and cabin linings.  >Performed upper sidewall and lower sidewall panel lamination, process involved and procedures applied to meet quality of finished product.  >Performed repair of aircraft composite parts or components such as wet lay-up repair, cosmetic repair and hot bonding repair in accordance with work specification, repair manuals, engineering publications, and manufacturer specifications.  >Performed paint removal, sanding, cutting, drilling and countersinking of holes in aircraft sheet metal and composite parts using pneumatic hand tools.  >Executes all work assigned in an efficient and cost effective manner in order to help maximize the utilization of the company’s resources of manpower, materials, equipment and facilities.  >Performed inspection, generates non-routine task card and parts requisition prior to refurbishing.  >Accomplishes repair of cabin modules/components and replacement such as decorative laminates, profile, strip and other necessary parts.  >Perform complete refurbishing of all removed items as per “D-Check” and “C-Check” requirements and customers request in accordance with the manual standard  >Performed cosmetic and minor composite repair item such as ceiling panels, handrails, door linings, bin door, doghouses and other polycarbonate parts prior to painting. >Perform aircraft maintenance/overhaul tasks, including removal of obsolete components and installation of new parts and components. >Rectify aircraft cabin defects in accordance with the relevant /approved Maintenance Manuals, (e.g., repair and replacement of defective components). >Conduct in-depth aircraft cabin inspection per maintenance tasks. >Rectification defect reports on the technology prepared by the flight crews and to arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work. >Regular coordination with Foreign Aircraft Customer Technical Representatives, Production, Engineering and Material Personnel. >Use approved aircraft maintenance tools and equipment to carry out the required inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance work. >Inspect and critically evaluate in-progress or completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. >Generate Non-Routine Task Cards and progressively sign for the routine maintenance and non-routine tasks accomplished. >Carry out major aircraft modifications, including customized interior reconfigurations. >Act as a certified coach of the trainees to develop their competence and skills in aircraft cabin maintenance. >Carry out routine maintenance checks and servicing tasks on aircraft in accordance with the specifications of the customers and the requirement of the aviation authorizes.
