Experiens worked with carbon, glass pre-preg, metal bonding, nomex/aluminum core, repair composite part. Repair noseradome.

Perform inspections, evaluted of damage parts, local fabrication, modification and repair of aircraft structural parts in accordance with approved maintenance manuals. Repair composite parts honeycomb and carbon or glass fiber by using wet lay-up repair and prepreg repair. Work with team Operated power tools, gauge, hot bonder, repair clave, testing Communication equitment. Perform proper removal and instalation of new inserts on floor panel particularly cabin side and floor panel.
