With nearly 19 years of experience in the composite industry, I have acquired essential skills and knowledge
both first-hand and as a manager. My strengths lie in prepregs, along with fundamental knowledge and
experience of wet lamination, resin infusion, and RTM.
I also have experience in CAD software and 3D printing. I have experience and training on Zund kit cutting
machines and have the ability to program and run Autoclaves. Every new challenge presented to me is seen
as an opportunity to continue developing upon my current skill set.

• Manage the complete cleanroom, trim, and body fit departments to ensure efficient production of visual automotive components. • Obtain quotations and outsource production of components, ensuring they are delivered on time. • Work with suppliers to find new manufacturing solutions using technologies experienced in past employment. • Interview potential candidates and provide guidance to new staff. • Create technical laminate drawings from CAD models with dimensions and define layup of components. • Ensure BOM costings are kept up to date. • Assist with hands-on production and body fit when necessary.
• Planned daily production and ensured the build team had the required parts for van build. • Fault found and tested within the company's bespoke Odoo MRP system. • Ensured smooth flow from parts between departments. • Provided training to new employees. • Liaised with management to ensure build rate is to target. • Worked with quality control to assess and define solutions to quality issues. • Booked parts through the logistics system to van build
• Responsible for running day to day production with the cleanroom supervisor. • Utilize my project management skills in ensuring production runs well, from planning to completion. • Through quality time management, I oversee the trim shop and always ensure that the projects are kept up to schedule and running on time. • Through great customer service, I always make sure that all customers are taken care of and kept up to date on the latest developments. • Work with quality control to identify any issues and make changes to ensure these problems never occur again
• Managed a small team of expert laminators, producing high-quality structural components and large composite architectural panels for our clients. • Utilized my Autoclave, RTM, Infusion, Hot Press R&D, and pre-preg materials knowledge to ensure that all projects ran as smoothly as possible. • Trained new staff on how to complete the jobs to a high standard. • Assessed staff members throughout the year and performed staff appraisals. • Made sure health and safety standards were always met and recorded safety checks on potentially dangerous tools to ensure this was the case.
